You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. ku9app reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

ku9app supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT and there are no currency conversion fees applied by ku9app.

Deposits are credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions, but ku9app aims to credit all deposits within minutes of confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the ku9app payments team during business hours. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your account. ku9app does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

General bonus rules that apply across all ku9app promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• ku9app reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical fault.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9app platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward ku9app staff or other players.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

ku9app reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed.
